Where does Factor deliver?
Currently, Factor delivers across the Netherlands and in Flanders, Belgium. We are working to expand our delivery areas in Belgium to make our meals available to even more households.
When does Factor deliver?
You can choose delivery on Sunday evening or Monday. Select your preferred delivery day and a time slot between 8 AM and 8 PM to suit your schedule!
How does Factor keep meals fresh during delivery?
At Factor, freshness and safety are our top priorities. To keep your order fresh for hours, all meals are delivered in insulated boxes with protective lining.
What if you're not at home when Factor delivers?
No worries! You can add delivery instructions to your order. Let us know if you'd like the box left in the backyard, at your doorstep, or with a neighbor.
What are the delivery costs?
To ensure your box arrives fresh, we charge a delivery fee of €5.99, which is automatically added to your order.
How long do Factor stay fresh?
Once delivered, your meals will stay fresh for several days if stored in the refrigerator. Each meal comes with a "Best Before" date so you know exactly how long you can enjoy it. No waste, just great taste!
