How Long Will The Meals Stay Fresh?
As long as they are stored in the refrigerator, your meals will stay impressively fresh for days (about a week) after delivery. You can enjoy your meal up until the date on the 'Enjoy by' label which we put on each dish. Loads of taste and no waste!
Do I Have To Be At Home For The Delivery?
Yes, when we deliver your meals we would like you to be there. We do everything in our power to make your delivery as convenient as possible. When you place the order for your meal box, you’ll be prompted to select the five-hour delivery time window that works best for you. A push notification will also be sent the day before your delivery, detailing the delivery time (with a 30-minute margin of error). If you don’t open the push notification on your phone, an email with the same information will automatically be sent. You can track your package on the delivery date using the track-and-trace link provided in the app and your notification email. If you are not at home when the delivery arrives, we will leave your package with a neighbour. In that case, please collect your box as quickly as possible and refrigerate your meals immediately. So, please listen for the doorbell, because if you or your neighbours are not at home, the delivery driver will return the box to us.
Are There Delivery Charges?
To ensure proper and efficient delivery, we apply a delivery charge of €5.99. This fee is included in the total when you buy your Factor Box. Note that, even if you’re taking advantage of discount offers, the delivery charge still applies.
