We are also inspired by global cuisines from all over the world, so the menu always remains varied and surprising.
Go to the app/website or check the meal packaging, and you’ll see the nutritional information per serving. This way, you always know exactly what you’re eating and whether it suits you.
The amount of fat varies per meal. Outliers are the meals with the ‘keto’ label, which are deliberately formulated by our dietitians to get calories primarily from fats. If you don’t want to consume too many fats, opt for our calorie-conscious and vegetarian meals.
And remember: in addition to the right nutrients, every meal must be delicious. To put something worldly on your plate at home, one meal contains slightly more fat than another.
