However efficient our purchasing team may be, it’s always possible that, due to unforeseen circumstances, our chefs may not receive every ingredient for meal 'X' or 'Y'.
What happens when this occurs? We don't want you to miss a meal. Ideally, in such situations, we prepare an alternative that fits your dietary preferences. We inform you via email about any changes before your box is delivered. The dish will taste just as delicious, but please check the nutritional information and list of allergens just in case.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to offer an appropriate alternative for your meal, we’ll send you an email to let you know and refund the cost of the missing meal.
