Yes! We do offer ketogenic meals. These meals will be labeled with a “KETO” tag underneath the photo of the meal.

In order for our meals to be deemed ketogenic, the meal must contain at least 60% calories from fat, around 20% calories from protein, and 10% or less calories from carbohydrates. Since each individual will have a different carbohydrate threshold that allows them to remain in ketosis, the carbohydrate content of our meals varies.

Some of our meals may be low in carbohydrates but not quite high enough in fat to be considered ketogenic! By simply adding more fat to these meals, you can achieve a “more ketogenic-friendly” meal.
